Pick-Up & Returns
Rentals will be available for pickup the day before the reservation, at 5PM and will be due back the day after the reservation at 11AM. For example, to rent a 24-70mm f/2.8 for all day on a Tuesday, pick up would be available for Monday at 5PM and the lens would be due for return Wednesday at 11AM. We will only garuantee equipment is avalable for pick on an available day, after 5PM. All rentals will still be subject to availability and our Rental Policies. Late Fees Policy
Due to problems from rental equipment being returned late we are changing our policies on late fees and pick-up and returns. We hope that this will help eliminate future conflicts.
All equipment is due back by 11AM on the arranged date for return. Equipment returned late will be subject to late fees charged at an hourly rate. 1/2 of the rental price until 5pm and 2x the rental price after 5 pm (2 day rental equivalent) per day for each day the equipment is late.
Accessories, Missing Parts & Damaged Equipment Policy
We charge full retail value for any piece or part of equipment that is damaged, lost, stolen or otherwise not returned.
With more than 24 hours notice we will give a full refund for cancellation of a rental. 24 hours or less notice cancellations will be subject to only a 50% refund. For cancellations with 1 hour or less notice refunds will be not be refunded. As always feel free to call us with any questions.
Items rented on Saturdays after 1pm may be rented at half price for a one day rental. No reservations accepted for Half Pricing, subject to stock on hand. First come first served.
